Came for the monarch butterfly talk. Staff very knowledgeable about all products in store and all walks of wildlife. Plus they are passionate about what they do. We loved our first visit so much that we will definitely be back! Chip, Barb, and their entire staff are very knowledgeable and we felt right at home there.

The staff is friendly and kind. When I ask for suggestions or ideas, they know their birding info and help me to learn from what I wanted to know. New items are always being brought into the store so it makes my shopping more fun.

Love everyone at my store..very helpful and fun. They have alot of knowledge about all products at the store. I am in there at least once a week - they feel like family..Recently, I posted a picture of a particular bird that was not a visitor in my yard on their Facebook page and to my excitement they responded and I was happy to find out I had a new bird visit my feeders and yard. You can be very proud of this store being your representative of your brand...I enjoy everyone there and the store

WBU of St. Mary's County Rocks! They have the best team in the franchise. St. Mary's County is NOT too small for a WBU.

Some of the same exact products (same manufacturer) I have purchased at other stores at a substantially lower price. I would buy more here if prices werent so high.

One of the associates followed us around the store expressing her knowledge about everything in the store. We would walk away to look at something else and she would be right there talking on and on and on.

Great staff and great staff, prices are considerable higher than other places.

Previous purchase of bluebird feeder..very expensive but no birds have used feeder

I feel as the prices are super high and there aren’t sales. Yes I am a member. I also feel like if there are coupons out there the person checking you out should let you know.
