The 2 sales people were very helpful. One of them took the time to show me how to assemble, fill the feeders and to clean them. I purchased 2 bird feeders. One showed me a hook to use to hang my feeder on. This hooks were placed on the counter at checkout. I felt these hooks were being added my order as if I wanted to purchase them. I did not want the hooks and mentioned this. I was asked, "Oh you don't want the hooks" and I said "No".

I thought I was going to get a 20% discount because it was my birthday. I mentioned this to the clerk at checkout and got a 15% discount for being a member. Discovered the difference when I got home.

I feel the prices have risen too much. Also, while very helpful, I would browse more but always feel as though I cannot because the staff is hovering.

I only have one complaint. I have tried multiple times to order on-line for in-store pickup. I am sure the problem was with me and my computer (or lack thereof) skills. On line I was able to order for delivery but no matter what I tried I could not order for in-store pickup. I did not want to pay for delivery when the store is so close by. I am mobility impaired and the curbside pickup is perfect for me. I love being able to call and have someone bring my purchases to my car. The only way I found that I could get curbside pickup was to call in my order. everyone was phenomenally helpful on the phone, answering my questions and setting up my purchase for curbside pickup. Each time, they were surprised that I was unable to complete the order on-line, but I simply could not find curbside pickup as an option for online purchase. I will need to ask for a demonstration the next time I am at the store! Barbara's classes online via our library have been VERY helpful and informative. So glad we have this store in our town!

I am a retired teacher. "Satisfied" means my expectations were met. It is not a negative comment. Most of the details got "highlys."

Lady pulled my bag of blue bird food and never rang it up. I got home and did not realize it until that evening. I called the next day and they looked of my receipt and said I did not purchase any food. I found the check out process did not really work for me. Now I have to make a second trip today to purchase bag again.
