I’m tough. I was a bit chagrined, however: after completing the order over the free delivery mark, I remembered to ask if you had a bird identification book. Told “yes,” when I asked to add it, I was told that, since the sale had been processed, I would have to pay a delivery charge if I ordered it on a new charge. That doesn’t seem very customer-friendly.

Need large bags of single bird food like millet

Highly satisfied with very friendly and helpful staff. Merchandise was a little pricey for us as retirees.

For me, giving a Highly Satisfied ranking is not a negative. A satisfied means that all my shopping needs/wants were met. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly; the products are overpriced - in my opinion. Nevertheless, I keep coming back because my neighborhood bird friends love the WBU products.
