I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this WBU store & ALL of the employees!!! The owners are especially nice!!! I'm a VIP customer, had a coupon for additional $9 off and bought only 3 bags of seed (2 small... cheapest $29,99). I hadn't realized I'd only purchased 3 products (they're always so kind to carry all purchases to to car), but I'd spent over $100. I'm disappointed that "I" did not check the prices. I can not afford nearly $50 for 1 20lb bag of seed, & wish "I" had bought a bottle of Flaming squirrel to mix up my own bird seed. The 8lb bag for $36.99 (after disc) didn't fill my feeder 1/2 (my fault).... LOVE THE STORE, LOVE THE PPL, THE MY BIRDS... But must curb my expensive taste/ habit. Sorry guys... Living on a single income and furloughed right now.. Still love my WBU 😍

Great store, and good quality merchandise, but the prices are pretty outrageous. I generally get Choice birdseed at WBU and mix it with black oil sunflower from Tractor Supply.....theirs is good quality but much much better price. Haven't found a good alternative for Nijer seed. Yet.

The perch on the metal holder for the cylinders keeps breaking off, a design deficiency. Many of the birds cannot use it without a perch. I brought this to attention of sales person, she seemed clueless as to any action, I told her you gave me a new one at no cost. She did not respond. I told her this was my third one to snap off and I have had the feeder for three years. Suggest you alert manufacturers of the problem and give me a new one, please.

When I was looking and could not find my membership card the clerk just stood there and did not help in saying I can look up your phone number. I finally asked her if she could.

We were not greeted by any of the 3 wild birds workers at all. They were having a conversation and could care less that customers were in the store. I got a cart and my husband and I got what merchandise we needed.

I planned to purchase the small cylinder, the holder for it and a shepherds hook for a gift. The holder was not on display to the left of the cylinder rack. The person helping me did not know, said you were out of them, I expressed unhappiness,this holder was shown in your email ad. She then said she would check with someone. Took a while, but told did not have any. No alternative was offered but, on my own, found another type on the shelf that the cylinder fit into. Was not what I wanted, but substituted.

Did not have large(25 pound) bags of millet. That is the retirement came in. Miller is a staple of the mix I make for my birds

Ask the manager. Very upset with the service. Had to tell her if she did not fix the problem I would not come back. She called the owners but they did not answer the phone right away but called back soon.

I was satisfied. Mis answered.

I want to get another 'bell/dome' cover and feeding dish. I'm not sure if WBU had any as I did not see any hanging on the wall.
