Both staff members that I spoke with were extremely knowledgable and friendly. I had lots of questions, and they were happy to give me detailed answers. It was a great experience. I live in Jefferson County, but will likely stop in again when I'm in Frankfort.

The employee was very knowledgeable and patient. She went the extra mile doing research on a wind chime I was interested in. I really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to return. Thank you again for the outstanding service!
