The staff usually remembers my name as a club member. They remember I feed hummingbirds and have shown me new varieties of feeders and explained the differences. They have helped me identify birds that I've taken pictures of but could not find in the books. For someone who watches and feeds birds, the store is just such a fun few minutes to browse even if you only need a suet cake.
