My only problem is that I have a limited fixed income, while the quality of the merchandise is very nice, the pricing is out of my range on most items! I’m sure I’ll go back, from time to time, to see what I may need or can afford!!! The store and staff were lovely, clean, well organized, kind, friendly and knowledgeable!!! 👍🏼🐭

I came in to purchase a gift card and the gal who waited on me was really very rude. I had some specific questions about the gift card and she stated she didn't know and that I should Google it for the answers. I really wouldn't waste your budget money on this employee.

I placed the order on a Wednesday. I wanted to do it over the phone but was told I needed to do it online. Placed the order and received a Fedex tracking number. On Saturday morning, the tracking had not been updated so I called the store. I received an email at 10:43 am indicating the order was at Fedex. Fedex tracking updated at 12:33 (ie, almost 2 hours later) indicating the order just arrived at the fedex station in a Walgreens but missed the pickup window. The order is still sitting at Walgreens. Not a great first experience ordering from WBU.
