So easy to order ahead and pick up on store in which everything was there and more!!! Actually shipped more once there!! Staff is awesome!

I enjoyed my first time visit in the store. Todd was especially helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select my hummingbird feeder. He also gave great advice on feeding tips for other birds as well. The store is very inviting and comfortable to visit.

I was greeted nicely and they had the products that I needed.

Wonderful products and selection High quality items

Kristen and her staff are the most helpful people that can and do answer any and all questions. There is a store in Lexington where I live, but we prefer to deal with Kristin and her store in Frankfort. We just feel more comfortable with her.

Very glad to have a WBU in Frankfort! It's the only place I will buy seed. It is more expensive but the quality can't be beat!
