Friendly and knowledgeable service

I had not been in for quite a while so wasn't sure what I wanted to get. Diane "took me under her wing" and we discussed many items, as well as what birds were active in the area right now, and what they liked to eat. She also helped me pick out some non-bird items and gave me great assistance with a couple of gift cards. Diane was very professional but was also very personable and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. This is my favorite store!

I was very pleased with the salesman/partner who helped me, explained the different types of food, feeders and much more information than I could remember. The quality of the bird feeders I purchased was excellent although I have not had much traffic at the feeders yet.
