The owners of this store are very well informed & educated on their products & what they do. They are also extremely helpful in guiding a novice like me to what I need to do to keep my wildlife happy & healthy! Same day delivery as well!!!

The salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I love this store and all it has to offer for the backyard bird enthusiasts that we are. My family and I also the emails they send out.

Was so happy when Rich and Diane opened the store in Surfside South Carolina! They are always helpful, customer oriented and certainly welcoming every time you come to their store. If they don't have something they certainly go out of their way to get it for you! They are extremely knowledgeable in the products in which they sell.
