Prices for bird food have almost doubled since I was last there. I won't be shopping for bird food there again anytime soon at those prices.

I was/am highly satisfied with the service and friendliness of Rick & Diane at my neighborhood store, my backyard birds love the seed. Occasionally I purchase birdseed elsewhere but am never quite happy.

Someone needs to address the insect problem in bird reed and peanuts. I expect to be able to buy seed and peanuts that is free of insects. I was told to pen the bags in the freezer foe 2 - 3 days to destroy the insects. If this is the solution then perhaps corporate should address the problem so that customers do not get infested product. It should not fall on the customer to control the infestation caused by your selling infested products.

Even with a coupon I might not be able to afford the store prices. It’s quite a commitment to feed the birds regularly. Seriously the bird feeding could cost 75$ a month or more.

I am not prone to "gushing" over what should be ordinary good service at a retail establishment.... Yes, I am satisfied with the experience, but I wouldn't expect any less from a quality retailer such as WBU -

Bought a nice feeder along with your darker colored Hot Spice seed that Squirels won't eat because of the Heat ........ The Squirrels sit right there and eat it anyway ...... so not real happy with that expensive food so far

When I walked into the store there was another customer that was in the store without a mask. Even though there was a sign on the front door stating that all customers entering this store MUST wear a mask to be admitted !
