price tag on item showed one price - I was charged $1.00 more than the tag. I didn't notice it until I got home and was unwrapping the item for use. It's not worth going back to the store to fix it. My visit before this one was not a good one and I said I would not go back. However, your products are very good and want to use them. This is the only store in the area.

I placed an order over the phone for curbside pickup and later in the day called just as I turned off of Rt 17 to say I would be there momentarily. The gentleman who answered (it was not Rich) replied, "OK, come on in." I drove past the front of the store, saw the signs out front but no one there, so I parked and went inside. Diane was with a couple of customers at the register and the man who had answered the call came from the back of the store and showed me my bag sitting near the front door, then handed it to me. I went to the register and he took my money and gave me change (Diane was still helping the customers. This is NOT my idea of "curbside pickup"-- having to park and into a store that already had customers in it. I was pretty miffed because I was already running a little late for my next appointment and figured curbside would save me some time. Instead of just taking my money and giving change he also handed me a brochure and wanted to sell me a club membership. Hopefully my 4 woodpecker cakes will last a month and this quarantine will have lifted. If not I hope your employees are educated as to exactly what curbside pickup means.

I don’t understand this question! I was more than pleased with my experience. And answered the questions to that effect! The people at the store went out of their way to help me and provide great service
