I am always greeted with a "hello" or "welcome in". Friendly staff. Very knowledgable, products are a high quality food. I might be able to find bird food elsewhere at a lower price but the quality of the food at WBU is outstanding. I feel always welcomed and special in the store.

It is a beautiful environment to get seed. I know I want it, but when browsing I was a lot more. New ways to entice birds to my yard and fun gifts to enjoy.

It's refreshing to go into a store, especially in today's "climate," and have super friendly staff who seem to actually enjoy being there and helping you.

The customer service is always top notch. The prices are high, but the products are very good. The staff are always careful to make sure to let you know if you have Bird Bucks to spend and to let you know if there is a special going on. I feel like they take as good a care of my $$ as I do, and that's much appreciated

The information I get from the wild bird store has really helped me in feeding birds that come to our house. And everyone is so friendly and helpful at the wild Bird store! And I love that they help me carry out the bags of seed.
