People in store always pleasant and helpful. Merchandise is excellent and always new things coming in.

When I forget what seed I bought previously the personnel in the store immediately checked their records and advised me. They are very pleasant and extremely helpful when ever I have a question for them.

I’m a total novice. Was looking for guidance on my very first feeder. Nan was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

I had a problem with a pesky squirrel that was by-passing the baffle that I had purchased from Wild Birds Unlimited a couple of years ago. I had taken a video of the squirrel doing his thing, and the gentleman at the store saw what the squirrel was doing. I had put the baffle all the way up the pole, to the feeder tray. It appeared that the squirrel could climb onto the vertical part of the baffle then by-pass the angled portion, leaping onto the feeder tray. I was instructed to lower the baffle to about 4.5' from the tray. Sure enough, the squirrel is stymied and has made attempts to get to the bird seed, but can't get around the lowered baffle. My friends are delighted that I have moved on from complaining about that #%@ squirrel!

The staff is kind and knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I could buy everything in your store because it's all gorgeous and appealing. Love it no complaints

Inventory very good. Staff very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Store clean and well organized.

The store, its merchandise and most importantly your peole there are excellent. THey are knowledgeable and friendly. I also like that you have the large size bags of the Suet balls - birds love them and helps me to have them longer. Went to Beaufort store and they only have them in 4 packs.
