Wild Birds Unlimited

Wild Birds in Fairfield is a wonderful store with a great selection of bird food and all you need for my bird friends. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant, always take large purchase to my car. A wonderful place to shop!

The store is so nice with a variety of items that would be great for gifts at various price points for adults and children. There was not only an ample selection of supplies for feeding birds, but also charming ornaments, towels, lotions, books, puzzles. The store was nicely arranged, very organized, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Such a delightful experience!

You have the products I want. They are almost always available. The staff at the store is always both knowledgeable and helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I find your merchandise to be a little pricey, but I've always been willing to pay a little more for quality and to get what I want.

The staff were genial and knowledgeable. Stephen took care of my purchase, quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant. The store itself was lovely, warm, and charming with an excellent selection of gift items. I will return to shop.

Staff is always helpful with all my questions. If item is not available, it is ordered and I'm notified when it arrives.

Overall shopping experience is 5 star. I wish all independent retailers took as much pride in their products, sales staff training and overall quality of customer service!
