Very happy the sales associate offered to carry my 2 bags of birdseed to my car.

It was a pretty heavy lift to bring me birdseed between two snowstorms! Our driveway is not in the best shape and was only half-cleared. I didn't expect the 40 lb box to be brought to the front door -- in the carport is fine and safer for you. But I seriously appreciate the service! I've already filled 2 feeders with the fresh seed. Thank you.

Tim was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with lots of choices around both feeders and seed. While he had some very helpful recommendations, he didn't push anything but listened carefully to what I was interested in. He took the time we needed and helped to load larger bags of seed into my car.

We are very pleased with the bird strike tape you carry, just put it up today, so no history yet on the efficacy but it’s very unobtrusive. Just today mentioned that your shop is wher we bought it, we drove over from Mt Airy as there wasn’t a closer option. The man in the shop was very pleasant and helpful.
