Staff had a booth with Vortex Optics at the Hawkfest. Excellent displays. Staff proved lots of good info but no pressure to buy. WBU took my credit card even though we were in a cellular/wifi nearly dead zone. Item was well and safely packaged and arrived promptly, sooner than I expected.

Friendly staff, nice store and owner. This time I had a coupon and got free bird seed. Some items are overpriced but if I have a coupon, I like to give them my business because they are so nice, and I go in and look around. It's a welcoming atmosphere. They do have some unique items, but they are usually more expensive than I want to pay. It's hard to compete with Walmart or Amazon. But you do get good service here.
