I have never been one to feed birds. But lately I had been thinking about buying a bird feeder. So I stopped in at the Woodhaven location and the gentlemen was very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a bird house feeder and received some seeds. The following week I went back and purchased the pole system and 3 more feeders. I really like watching the birds, who knew!

Phil could not have been more accommodating. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate his going above and beyond to help me. He even checked inventory of bird food not showing when I tried to order online - and had it in stock. He also corrected the online site. And he delivered the order to our house, which was a huge service! Thank you thank you thank you!

I am trying to balance the new hobby of birding with my established hobby of butterfly gardening and it's important to me that I can find a accurate information. Because caterpillars are prey for birds. So I have to find a way to balance my hobbies, and the associate at the store was extremely knowledgeable, which I appreciated very much.
