The 2 ladies that were and typically are there most times I've shopped are so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I always learn something when I go in. WBU is an awesome store! It's one of my happy places!

My Dad and I always love visiting our local WBU. Even though I live way on the west side of town, he lives in Pearland so I made that my "home store". The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (especially Gracie!) and it's always a joy to visit. At the start of the pandemic I got into birdwatching and eventually converted my Dad. We were able to get him an awesome setup from WBU and we've been loyal customers ever since. I first heard about WBU via CritterVision, a live YouTube channel out of South Carolina. The homeowners promote WBU products and I was SO delighted to find they were in Texas!

Staff very friendly and helpful

This was my first time into Your Store and was Blown Away by all the Neat and Cool Bird Merchandise you had in stock. Plus all of Sue's help once I went inside and received my online order- She helped me picked a Bird Pole for my Online order Thank You Sue!

Product I wanted was available. Staff are quite knowledgeable and efficient. I always have help from staff taking purchases to the car. I had purchased bird seed from another store and the birds would not eat it; therefore I wasted my money. The bird feed smelled like the plastic bag. WBU's seeds are always fresh and the birds clean the feeders in no time.

Friendliness of staff

Sue was fantastic! I had my toddler with me and she showed us what we were looking for right away and even walked us to the car! We’ll be back soon!

As always, the staff was welcoming and helpful. They were quick to answer questions and very knowledgeabe.

Wonderful staff...Sue is great. rang up purchase and carried to my car. New displays for hummingbird feeders very eye catching.
