I had never shopped at any of your stores, nor shopped online. I was purchasing a birthday gift. Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

It is always a pleasant, beautiful environment. I never feel rushed or pressured. I feel more like an old friend coming to visit.

They carry everything I need to keep my birds fed, sheltered and happy. I’m happy too. The customer service is the best. I had grabbed a bag of seed without looking at the selection and the lady asked if I was sure that was what I wanted and I said, No. She said, I didn’t think so. Awesome.
