The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The merchandise is high quality and may cost more but it is a good value. The store is attractive and clean. During this time of Covid, I am comfortable in the store.

Store owner, Jeff, and his staff are all wonderful people. I enjoy chatting with them and asking questions. They are always very helpful.

Friendliness of owners and employees. Well informed in regards to my questions. Gave good advice to solve my squirrel problems. Products to meet my needs. Will definitely make the 25 mile drive to shop there for all my birding needs.

Everyone is always helpful. Nice, polite. All the things a business should be. So much even when I don’t need any feed I like to just pop in and say hello and get some more things

The quality of products is outstanding. The staff is the BEST - knowledgeable, eager to please, cheerful and pleasant. I always feel like I got a treat for myself when I visit the store and that is because of the lovely staff - feels like a good old Texas experience - FRIENDLY.
