The staff is always so friendly and willing to help and answer questions. They even assist you to your vehicle with your purchase. I love going in and seeing the Birdcam of the Cornell Lab.

The price for the bird seed I bought has almost doubled. I may have to either source product somewhere else or stop bird feeding altogether.

Checkout was a bit disorganized. I bought some of the tree butter. It does not stick.

I never rank anyone 100%. The squirrel buster standard does an okay job of keeping them off the feeder but they get on it occasionally. Better than before.

I'm not real crazy about the people that work in the store. They are knowledgeable for the most part but they just aren't that friendly and I feel uncomfortable.

Great crew and really acknowledgable about bird products to sell but not consistent what you hear from one employee from the next. I was told one thing to do with using WBU products from one sales lady but learned from another sales lady different instructions on using WBU products. Maybe a little too much great customer service since every time I enter I never really get to browse the store since all clerks are so interested in get your products in a very timely manner and they are so anxious to escort you out with them carrying the product in a bag that I never get a chance to look around and decide for myself what future purchases I would like to get by looking around the store. I think I have too many questions about birds in general that the staff is anxious to have me leave quickly with the items I purchased. Reminds me of working at an Eddie Bauer store in Cherry Creek (Denver, Colorado) where as a customer service employee; we were always selling the products we had to offer as soon as the customer walked in the door. I remember one customer asking me after I greeted him and told him what was on sale, he said," Can't I just look?---Same feeling I get in store.
