I LOVE this store & have been shopping here for several years. The staff are friendly & VERY knowledgeable in the area of birds. However, after returning home, I realized that for a few more $ I could've received a discount. I wish she'd have mentioned this. I KNOW I could've found something else to purchase to get the discount! 😂

I was looking for a rain gauge and was a little disappointed.

Prices are very high

This visit was specifically for a tube of the cinnamon past to keep ants away from the bird feeders. You were out of stock and the staff wrote down my name and promised to notify me when it is back in stock.

I was highly satisfied and not sure why you missed it... but I love this store, they have knowledgeable staff who can help you and recommend just what you need - thanks!

Regardless of the quality, the prices are rather high.

I haven’t opened the package yet so I can give a complete survey. I feel you send this out to quick.

The item I wanted was out of stock. I had been to the store a week or two prior snd it was also out of stock then. It’s a popular feed item so I guess lots of people were buying. By the time I went the 2nd visit I was out of seed so I had to choose a lesser option than I what I really wanted.

The staff insists on carrying my purchase to my vehicle. I would MUCH prefer to do this my self, I NEED to use my muscles!
