I had a coupon (birthday discount) that was not deducted from my bill even though I was told it had been.

After shopping at this store for 5+ years, I'm now charged more for seed than any of the other visits. Something about the last 28+ times it showed I was not a member?? Wonder if it's the new clerk, new ownership or new policy. I have been actively looking for another source for seed.

We love to come into the store. It is a very cheerful place with many gift items and the wonderful owners and staff always greet us and their sweet dog Gracie is so loving to our granddaughter! Our son shops there also and has bought us gifts from the selection of pretty coffee mugs and other bird items there. It is always a treat to visit the Pearland store.
