I came for one item nobody else carries, and left with unique Christmas gifts for my daughters-in-law. We were recognized, remembered, and welcomed, and made to feel like family. We were offered additional products, and given plenty of information, but were not pressured to buy anything we hadn't come for in the first place. Love the store, the people, and the birds they help us care for!
