Products available, staff answered my question and were friendly. Large assortment or products made shopping interesting. Saw new products each time I go in and they still carrying my old chose of seed.

I renewed my membership and I made the comment that we didn't have good luck with the spicy food so the associate switched the spicy food for another in regards to the free renewal gift. When looking for feeders the associate knew where to look for specific feeders and options. Even when I mentioned the color she said ,"oh. Those are at the front to the left. Let's head that way." My purchase was a gift and it was wrapped perfectly for the occasion.

The staff at this store is exceptional, they know birds and bird seed and how to keep the birds happy. They know how to solve problems like squirrels.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure to go into the store and talk with any of the staff members. I always learn something new when I’m in the store.

The staff is highly knowledgeable about the products and very eager to help in any way. I love the layout of the store, the products, and the relaxing atmosphere. Wish one was nearer to me in McKinney. Nearer to Frisco.
