Birdie’s staff is always so lovely when we come in. They always recognize us and take time out to speak to my daughter! They are also great in pointing me in the right direction when I have questions about products. This is one of our favorite McKinney shops!

The staff is knowledgeable. There are enough sales people on the floor to handle the busy rush of the holidays. THey always carry my purchases to the car for me.
