The staff greets me warmly and is always friendly. They remember my name and always carry my merchandise to my car for me. The store is incredibly neat and clean with items displayed in such a pleasing way.

I love the knowledgeable staff at the store. They teach me what to do for my birds and provide what I need. Although I live in Louisiana I try to make a stop at the McKinney store when I can and order from them (when they have free shipping!). I am enjoying my new pole, feeders, perch, and baffle so much and can't wait to see if Mr. Bluebird brings his lady friend to my new bluebird house on the other pole. My husband thinks I have a bird problem..... he's right!
