Always super friendly staff, greeted, you know me, quick to point out promotions and/or new product, but not pushy. Take time to discuss latest bird sightings. A plesure to shop there.

The staff is amazingly always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful starting outside with the beautiful planters. It is not a chore to go the store but a treat!

I was greeted by staff as soon as I entered the store. My questions were answered. Checkout was quick and I saved lots of money with bird bucks, a birthday coupon and 15% of seed with membership.
