From the moment I enter the store on any given visit, I feel at home. I apologize for not remembering names, but the lady who greets everyone, is the pulse of the service. The owner empowers her to make customers feel welcome, and in my case, there is no “dumb” question. Staff is well informed and friendly. The supplies in the store are of excellent quality. It's a friendly, happy place to visit and talk about the enjoyment of nature by birding.

The shop is amazing. I love the feel of going to a locally owned shop. Everyone made us feel very welcome and provided great assistance and information. We never felt pressured to buy something and were given free samples. It is customer service like this that keeps customers returning. Birdie, the owner/manager, is always so informative, pleasant, professional...always greets me by name....as does most of her staff. The knowledge of Birdie and her staff is excellent--and helps me to make the right decisions for my birds. The staff is also very helpful in getting your products to your car.
