I am greeted as soon as I walk in and always feel special. It's a pleasant place to be and the rewards program is the best!

Everyone at this store is so friendly. I’m slightly handicapped, so they go above and beyond to help me with my purchases. My birds are so much happier with feeders and feeds from WBU.

The sales person greeted us as we walked in. She immediately assisted us. She advised of upcoming sale.

The store has many items to browse through, from gifts and accessories, to many food items for feeding birds. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are located near my house so it is easy to get there. I always look forward to going.

Theresa and Birdie (sp?) were very helpful and provided a lot of knowledge about the various products in the store. This was mine and my husband's first time in the store. We purchased a new bird feeder and various food. As we joined the membership club, we were treated to a nice gift as well. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

This is a beautiful store that is very well-managed. Every person I've dealt with from Birdie herself to every other employee, is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The merchandise is gorgeous, which is why I usually walk out with more that just seed.

The staff is always so welcoming and happy to see you. They know their stuff. I have received lots of excellent advice about every aspect of birds, nesting, etc. Always willing to help. My favorite store!!
