THe staff is always willing to help and very helpful. One of the few businesses that takes customer satisfaction seriously. It's always a pleasure to visit and I look forward to interacting with the staff.

The employees call me by name and are very friendly. Employees carry my purchases to my car. It’s a fun place to visit.

Morgan made me feel very welcomed and was willing to take the time to talk to me about how I was doing & how I was liking my products I have purchased in the past...such as my Hummingbird feeder. She advised me that the hummingbirds are still around and suggested some places where to place my feeder and that a red canopy may attract them and may protect the feeder from partial sun. Morgan was awesome, and always so genuine!

This is my local store and I shop about every 6 weeks. I purchase several different items to keep my birds fed during the upcoming season. I love the layout of the store and the variety of merchandise. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
