This was the second time I'd been in the store and both times I was quickly greeted and asked if assistance was required. On this particular store, all the employees that were working on the floor greeted me and/or asked if I needed help, or if I knew why April 12 was a big day at the store! I did know! It was Birdie's Birthday! I was also greeted by Birdie and given a gift, a chance in a drawing and offered cake! I met Birdie and Theresa upon my first visit to the store and both are so knowledgeable and pleasant! They make shopping here a fun experience! I have already recommended to several of my friends!

Friendly Staff I shop for quality merchandise and it is in this franchise I have a rat problem and was interested in the hot seed that doesn't affect birds but does deter rats

I was greeted promptly upon entering the store. I was approached timely with offer to assist with questions. Questions were answered and the items I was searching for was located and I checked out promptly.

They had exactly what I wanted and it was in the same place as last time. They also made sure that I was aware of the incoming (possibly severe) weather changes.

The employees at this store are always so helpful and knowledgeable! From the greeting when I walk in the door all the way to them carrying stuff to my car...the experience is a joy! So grateful for their enthuiasim for all things birds! One of my favorite places to stop. They have been very helpful in growing my knowledge concerning birds and their specific needs.

I cannot say enough about the kind and friendly staff. They always are able to find exactly what I am looking for. The quality of the merchandise is excellent. I really enjoy visiting the store and always walk away happy with my purchases.
