warmly greeted by all staff during my visit. Staff asked me about all of the birds i have been seeing.

We have been going to this store for over a year. Birdie and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Maria/1 is always helpful. It is great that businesses still exist where the people are truly interested in your needs.

Our store here in Mckinney is absolutely wonderful. Everything is beautifully displayed and so many unique items, not just bird food and feeders. Plus I adore everyone who works there!!

Staff is nice and knowledgeable, especially Maria, the store has a large variety of "bird things" and very is very clean. I also like that they offer discounts and bird bucks. I believe WBU sells quality bird seeds and products.

The staff is always so helpful. I wasn't sure which bird seed I should use. Teresa made a suggestion (and the birds are happy). I love that they carry out the bird seed, too.

I always enjoy talking with the highly knowledgeable sales team. They let me know which bird seed I should be using this time of year and what birds have been spotted in the area.

The owner, Birdie, recognizes me and asks me about the birds I see and makes recommendations on feeding. Make me feel like a valued customer.

The staff is very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. They had an employee help me to my vehicle with my purchases. Also I was there for a program given by the owner of the store. It was a very educational and excellent program.

We love Birdie and all her staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Always a pleasure to stop in wether we are stocking up on seed or just browsing!
