The staff is always knowledgeable. They off insights into problems and how to solve them. They also keep me up to date on birds that are in our area and what they are feeding on.

It’s always a pleasure to visit the wild birds unlimited store. It’s so peaceful and the staff is always friendly. Every time I came I leave with a smile.

Cindy and Birdie are always kind, patient, and helpful! I have never entered the store without employees immediately greeting me and helping me. They understand their products well. This is a true customer service oriented business.

I love the staff. They are so friendly and have help to educate me so much of the joy of loving and taking care of the birds that come by my home for a visit. I knew nothing about attracting birds, food or types of birds. I love the availability of so many different products at the store. If there is ever anything that might for some reason not be in stock, they will always call me and let me know when it comes in. I look forward to dropping by for a visit. I feel like it is a home town store with a lot of charm and love for the birds there. A great owner as well, Birdie!!

I was greeted by name as I came through the door. There were plenty of the birdfeed cylinders that I wanted available. There were lots of interesting other items to look at in the store.

It's a beautiful store and Birdie the owner feels like a personal friend. I'm loving my new squirrel proof bird feeder and only fill with the winter superfood which has attracted so many special birds. . Staff is so knowledgeable about local birds and so very friendly. Love everything in the shop and taking my grandson in also. Just today I bought him a birds of Texas book he found. He's only seven but knows his birds. I was thrilled when wbu came to McKinney and thrilled it's so successful.
