Wild Birds Unlimited

When I signed up for the annual membership discount, I was given a gift of a bird feeder. When I left the store, the gift was missed and so was left at the store. I phoned the next day and the bird feeder was set aside for me to pick up the next time that I was there. When I shopped at the store the next time, I forgot to pick up the feeder. When I shopped at the store a few days ago which was some months after it was set aside, I asked for the feeder and it was waiting on the shelf for me. I LIKED THAT!

Melissa, our sales person, was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The store was full of merchandise. Those products seem to be of high quality. We returned to the store two days later and purchased more! I think we will be customers from now on!

I came in looking for a hummingbird feeder and was greeted by Celia - she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to get me started with a hummingbird feeder. I came back to the stored immediately after putting my purchases in my car and spoke with Melissa - she helped me with a "hook / pole" as I realized I would need an additional pole. Both Celia and Melissa are examples of great employees - very knowledgeable and very courteous - I left pleased that I had gotten the help and assistance I needed to further my enjoyment backyard birding. I was amazed at the level of customer service from the store as that is hard to find nowadays.

Such a wonderful experience! The person who helped me was so knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for. She made great recommendations and even set them aside for me. This is consistently one of my favorite stores because it’s the perfect mix of great product and amazing customer service!
