It was our first time in the store, and the lady who was showing us stuff was trying to be very helpful, but she did not read my husband's social cues that he wasn't interested, so she kept talking and pushing and trying to sell us stuff, when all we (I) wanted to do was look around some. She seemed to hover a lot and not let me just browse. I know she was just trying to be helpful, but it was somewhat off-putting for us.

Everything was fine. Had to wait for a while to check out because it was crowded but that is a pleasant problem for the store. I understood

Overall, very good experience - unfortunately the store was out of stock of nearly all the different birdseed due to issues with weather and shipping. Not at all the store's fault! Very happy and will be back again.

Out of seeds needed(millet and black oil sunflower). I realize the bad weather keeps delivery trucks from making their deliveries.

While it is great having all the merchandize from which to choose. The store seems overly crowded...hard to walk through the store. Would like to have had more seed feeders from which to choose.
