Every time I walk in the store, I am greeted by name. It just amazes me that the staff recognizes me. In this day and age, this is such a rare thing. Always makes me so welcome and valued!

This store is close to my house, the staff are all very friendly and well versed in caring for wild birds, and know the right products for me, and the products are all well tested for birds.

The staff are always friendly and very willing to answer questions or help educate about which products are best with each bird species. And I always look forward to seeing staff member Marie. She is friendly, personable and caring.
