I hardly ever give the very highest rating in any survey. I am very pleased with my experiences when I have visited.

I was satisfied

I would rate the experience more highly if you had a way to communicate with email and/or text. I occasionally have questions that I would like to ask of someone at the store. But phone calls are not convenient. Otherwise I'm happy with the service.

I like going in the store front and seeing birdie. Visiting with the staff about birds.. So curbside pickup really takes away from that.

Overall experience very satisfied just wish some products could be cheaper. But who doesn't.

I buy the hot/spiced bird seed with peanuts and there was only one bag left. I buy them two at a time usually. I was told it was popular and you were out. Maria was very attentive and apologized.

I shopped on 12/24 and the selection was not as good as usual. It was not an issue as it was the day before Christmas. I will return later to look for items I did not find when shopping on that day.

Store products and the staff are EXCELLENT. My only problem here is that there's not enough space to navigate around the store. Too many products crammed in the store. I like the fact I can see what they offer but they need additional space.

I visited this store to buy a bag of "No Mess Blend" which we have purchased before, and this purchase didn't require any recommendation or consultation with staff. I lined up for 10 minutes behind the first customer in front of me (chatting or consulting with the staff). I was second in line to be checked out; but, for some reasons the staff wanted to check out with the lady behind me. There was other staff that could have helped to check me out. I mentioned the check out time in my last survey, and I don't see any improvement in checking out. This visit should not require more than 10 minutes to purchase a bag of bird seeds. One thing I don't like visiting this store is that it's time consuming to stand around to get checked out. Please move along!!!

There was only one check out counter to service checking out. there were 3 customers waiting to check out.
