I always have a great experience when I visit this store. The staff is so nice and knowledgable. It's quite a drive from my house though...wish there was one in Frisco/Little Elm!!

I spend my money at your store not next door. I was told I had to go next door to use the restroom. If a store can’t or won’t provide an 80 year old person to use their facility., they don’t need my money. I’ll find another source.

I am a regular customer. I come in a lot to restock. I feel like I get pounced on the minute I come in with advice on all the sales and specials. It is annoying. I prefer to look around and choose my items in peace.

We went in to use the birthday coupon on seed, which we were informed was NOT allowed because of being a “perk” and already getting a member discount. We use your store to buy seed. There is nothing else we would purchase at this time as we are happy with the feeders you have already sold us, so it felt like a bait and switch to get us in store with a promise of a coupon but then be told, you are not allowed to use it when buying bulk seed. Either reward your customers with a loyalty birthday gift or don’t - but to put a limit or rule seems very silly and disingenuous.

My package was not delivered to my door, instead, it was left behind the front gate by the garbage cans, I did not notice it until I was driving out of my driveway. My door is only a short distance from the street, I do not have a dog, and my front gate is always open. It appears the driver was lazy!

Bird feeder

I was ready for check out and someone else was called to check out. When I did check out and wanted to buy something else immediately, the person in back was called up to check out before my second purchase, even though I had to wait for someone in back of me when I was first ready to check out. I received half credit for seed that clogged the feeder that I bought previously from the store and was told I should’ve used another feeder for that type of food. If I was told that when I bought the seeds, I would have bought another type. I bought 3 bags and opened one and had to throw it away. Three months had passed since I bought the seeds but with the corona virus and the store being closed and because I was a regular shopper i think it would have been better customer service to allow an even exchange.

The VOTE NO sign on the airport bond DEEPLY offended me. Business should stay out of politics. Not all of their CUSTOMERS will agree with their politics and I am one of them. I’ve purchased a lot in this store but NO MORE. I will go to the store in Frisco instead.
