Was great customer service. They fixed my bird feeder in less than 45 minutes when I thought I would have to come back the next day or next week.

The staff is super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They consistently take the time to explain, educate and provide numerous options with the products. This is incredibly helpful for someone who is new to birding.

When ever I visit this store I have always been treated as if I’m family and show an eagerness to help me find what I need. If I just want to browse, they give me space to do just that. So live the personnel and stock.

We love Wild Birds Unlimited!. We've shopped at different stores for years and find it the best place to get what we need to enjoy our birds. Also, every store we've been involved with have had the best people!

It is always a delight dealing with our local Wild Bird Shop in McKinney. The staff there are friendly, well informed on products and always willing to help. The biggest plus is that they are often the same people that have worked there for several years. The turnover is very small.
