The staff is the most friendly staff I have ever come across in any store. I love the extra service of carrying out the merchandise. The staff is also very knowledgeable about all things related to birds. I feel confident that I can ask anything, and I will get an educated answer.

What I shop for is always in stock. The staff is wonderful.

My favorite store!

This was actually my third time in the store but the first time to purchase. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are helpful to beginners in bird watching. Unfortunately, I had to rush but I'm sure they would have helped me more if I hadn't been in a hurry to get home (1.5 hour drive.)
