I love visiting WBU in McKinney. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, plus they are always happy. Lot's of gift ideas too. It's such a pleasure shopping there.

Everyone is great! If I have questions, they are able to give me answers. I love that the staff is always friendly and ask how my day is going. I enjoy that they keep me updates on the birds that are in the area, like when juncos arrive!

Staff is responsive, helpful and friendly. Products are great; I would love to buy a birdbath, but they tend to be really expensive, and I've bought the lower end birdbaths offered, but they just don't work out well. Could you get some more moderately priced birdbaths?

Theresa and other person (sorry I forgot name but not her fault!!) were very nice and patient with my questions on bird feeders and recommended food this time of year. I learned the answers to my concerns on the bird flu, the absence of birds in my yard, better feeder designs, and recommended products and practices. I also had my dog with me and everyone was very friendly with him. I will of course come back to purchase a new version feeder and feed. Thanks for such a nice store experience. I hope all customers appreciate your kindness and knowledge.
