Staff was friendly and welcoming, as usual. Order was ready when I arrived.

I always enjoy talking with the staff about the various birds visiting our feeders. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. I probably now visit the store at least twice a month. Give everyone a raise, they are doing a great job!

Wonderful staff that knows our names and answers all our many questions. the owner always greets us and makes us feel comfortable there!! Its a wonderful store! If i had one complaint it is too many choices! Lots to choose from but the staff always makes recommendations to help. Quality is so much above other stores and although prices are a bit higher it is so worth it! I also drive further to go to this specific store then another that is closer. The staff is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and extremely eager to help. there is a wide variety of birding and feeding supplies, but also, fun accessories to decorate both home and garden.

I tell everyone that loves birds to come to this location.. it is a one stop shop..not only do you get great products but you get superb knowledge from the employees. Everyone that works there has a gift…we love going there.

I know they do not have the ability to have everything with the supply chain this way. But THIS IS A WONDERFUL STORE WITH WONDERFUL PEOPLE. Love this place.
