Staff always goes above and beyond for customers

All the staff is so friendly and the products are just what I need to keep all my birds and butterflies ( and unfortunately the squirrels too) happy and content.

I stumbled upon the McKinney Wild Birds Unlimited location when randomly stopping into a grocery store across town. I hadn't been to a WBU store in several years (since living in another state), so was very excited to find a location somewhat close to me. I literally walked in five minutes before closing time, but the staff was still very friendly and took their time to help me pick out the perfect combination of bird seeds and a new feeder (which happened to be on sale that month - an added bonus!). I will definitely be going back to this store for as long as I live in Plano, Texas!

I so enjoy visiting the store. Merchandise is high quality. Expert advice is given to customer by staff who are well trained and knowledgeable about the products carried in the store. Store is visually appealing. Staff are personable and welcoming. Great place. Maria, one of the salespeople, always gives us great service.
