Many businesses are struggling to recover from the pandemic, re-staff, re-stock and get their standards back up. So, disappointing customer experiences are fairly common. This was not at all what we experienced at Wild Birds Unlimited in McKinney. We visited this store about ten days ago and were very impressed with the experience. We were greeted initially by the owner operator who was very friendly and professional. Then an associate, Molly, took over with us. She was very helpful and friendly. There was a third associare who helped us to our car with our purchases. They all worked well together to provide us with a very positive and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be returning to this store, and telling our friends about it.
