Always a pleasure shopping at this store. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would like to see staff wearing masks, but that won’t keep me from shopping here.

Professional staff. Store is well stocked. Recommendations arte offered yet one has teh opportunity to browse in peace.

Our salesperson was very helpful giving us tips on how to install our new beird feelder pole. However the process was difficult for us as we are in our upper 70"s. It would be nice if the store offered set-up for a fee.

This store is stocked as well as possible with so much product unavailable. The quality of the merchandise is so much better than other places to buy bird seed and products. And, the staff is friendly and always happy to help choose the right product for my bird feeding and watching.

I always enjoy shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited in McKinney, TX because of the friendly, knowledgeable employees and great products.

We are new backyard bird feeding people and where blown away by the attention we received and all the knowledge Celia shared with us about birding. This will be our store for all our needs going forward.

Theresa found exactly what I asked for and not only found it, but retrieved it and carried it to my car where we engaged in some thoughtful communication and parted ways. She is very complimentary to your staff and I enjoyed working with her.
