Personnel were welcoming. They know their products and they are very willing to share helpful information. They are very good at upselling and it was impressive. Having owned two businesses I can appreciate that. We weren’t pressured to purchase anything. We will be back this Friday.

We love coming into this store to review all the great products available to bird lovers. The merchandise is always high quality and the staff can discuss every product with exacting as well as carefully recommend what would work best for our needs. The staff are always having a good day, smiling, and eager to help. One of the best run stores I have ever visited. We shop often and belong to the Club.
