Birdies and the rest of her staff go out of their way to make customers feel welcome and wanted. They are also avid bird watchers themselves, so they know what to suggest and can often help me identify birds I have seen at home from pictures I bring in. Overall, they do a great job.

I always have a great time. I enjoy just looking at everything. It quiets my soul for some reason. Every one is very knowledgeable and helpful but never ever pushy. This time I was given samples to try to attract gold finches. And guess what ??? It worked the very first day!!! So thankful for the store and everyone and everything there. I always recommend. Visited WBU in Ohio last year. Did not hold a candle to Birdies place.
