Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

I'm always satisfied with my shopping experience at this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and they all know my name. In addition to the consistent great customer service, 95% of the time, they have what I need. They also always make a point to ask about the birds I've got coming to my yard, etc. and to make me aware of new or seasonal products that the birds may be needing at any given time of the year.

Krystal, the sales associate, was friendly and very informative. She answered all of my questions and showed me several different products without trying to push a sale. She shared a lot of valuable information, which I appreciated.
